1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may:
Transfer your spot to another person, or
Request a credit toward a future workshop (case-by-case)
3. Rescheduling / Changes
If the workshop is rescheduled or cancelled by us, you will be offered:
A full refund, or
Transfer to a future session
4. Attendance & Access
Participants can attend on the day or watch the recording in their own time if they cannot attend in person.
For online workshops:
A secure link will be provided prior to the session
Please ensure a stable internet connection and access to Zoom
5. Recording & Access to Replay
The workshop will be recorded.
All registered participants will receive access to the recording following the session.
This allows you to watch (or rewatch) the workshop in your own time and at your own pace.
Access to the recording is for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
