Our Career Assessment Package is designed to help teens, young adults, and career-changers explore their strengths, interests, and abilities to find meaningful study and work pathways. Using a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach, we provide practical recommendations tailored to each individual’s profile.
The package combines gold-standard tools, including the Morrisby Profile, Strong Interest Inventory, MyCareerMatch, NEO-3 Personality Inventory, and the CAI (Career Assessment Inventory). Together, these assessments explore natural abilities, personality, problem-solving style, interests, and career fit.
The assessments are completed online, followed by a one-hour feedback session (in clinic or via telehealth). A comprehensive, easy-to-understand report is then provided, offering subject and career suggestions, workplace strategies, and a roadmap for the future.

The Process
Pre-Assessment Form – You’ll complete a short intake form to provide background information, ensuring the process is personalised.
Telehealth / In-person consultation with the psychologist and assessments completed thereafter at home.
Feedback Session – A one-hour session (in-clinic or telehealth) where your psychologist or counsellor provides a strengths-based interpretation of the results. We explore career matches, education options, and practical next steps.
Personalised Report – You’ll receive a clear, easy-to-understand report, including tailored strategies and pathways.
